Return & Refund Policy

At Bloom Baby, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email:

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Which item you wish to return
  • A short note stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but we appreciate feedback if you would like to share it.

2. Return Deadline

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the item must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to us.

Returns sent without first contacting our customer service cannot be guaranteed correct processing.

3. Condition of the Item Upon Return

For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned in essentially the same condition as you received it.

The item must be:

  • Unused, or only handled to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item
  • Free of any signs of unnecessary use, damage, stains, odor, or wear
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and any protective materials, where still possible

You are welcome to inspect the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more than necessary, damaged, or handled in a way that reduces its value, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for the reduction in value from the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may be refused or limited if the item:

  • Has been used in a way that goes beyond ordinary inspection
  • Has been damaged after delivery
  • Is missing original parts, accessories, or packaging
  • Has been altered, repaired, or cleaned in a way that affects its condition
  • Is personalized or made according to the customer's specific requests

If an item does not meet the conditions for return, we will contact you with further information.

5. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon receipt.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it is received at our return address. Bloom Baby is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

The return address will be provided by our customer service once your return request has been approved.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved.

If the return is approved, we will refund the relevant amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund is normally processed within 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.

Please note that it may take additional time before the amount appears in your bank account, on your payment card, or with your payment provider, depending on each provider's processing time.

7. Shipping Costs

In the case of an approved withdrawal, we will refund the standard delivery costs of the original order, if such costs were paid at the time of purchase.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, the additional cost of that delivery method will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective item, or an incorrectly delivered item.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us process the matter quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label, if relevant

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly delivered, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as an exchange, repair, replacement item, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable consumer rights.

9. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the item is available in stock. As many of our products may be part of a limited stock or a final collection, we cannot guarantee that the same item will still be available.

If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund in accordance with this policy.

10. Sale Items and Promotional Offers

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are covered by the same statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise clearly stated, and provided that the item meets the conditions for return.

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process.

12. Uncollected or Refused Deliveries

If a package is not collected, is refused on delivery, or is returned to us without prior contact, any actual costs associated with shipping, handling, and return transport may be deducted from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.
